Mayor Isko presents suspects in Japanese nationals’ killing

MANILA Mayor Isko Moreno Domagoso presented the suspects in the killing of two Japanese nationals in Malate (August 15) to the public.

The suspects, identified as Abel and Albert Manabat, were arrested following successful follow-up operations by the joint forces of the Philippine National Police Regional Offices and the Manila Police District (MPD).

The arrests were aided by CCTV footage and information gathered from social media. “We are saddened that there are still those who test Manila, but we guarantee you, no matter what, we will not rest until justice is served,” Mayor Domagoso assured.
