THE northbound lane of Katipunan Avenue Flyover in Quezon City was closed to traffic on Thursday evening following a devastating road mishap that resulted in four fatalities and 25 injured individuals.
According to Bea Pinlac’s report in “Saksi”, the accident occurred around 6 p.m. when a truck lost control of its brakes, causing it to plow through a line of vehicles. The Quezon City Traffic Sector 3 confirmed that a total of 16 motorcycles, five four-wheeled vehicles, one bus, and the runaway truck were involved in the collision.
