TWO female drug suspects were arrested in a buy-bust operation in Brgy. Zapote, Las Piñas City on Friday, July 1.
The Special Drug Enforcement Unit of the Las Piñas Police Station conducted the anti-illegal drug operation that resulted to the apprehension of Charmaine Ann Belsondra Escarlan, 28, and Airene Bulabog Ramos, 26.
The said operation yielded P2.04-million worth of shabu.
“Documents are now being prepared for the filing of charges against the two nabbed individuals. I commend our police iperatives for this successful operation,” PNP OIC Lt. Gen. Vicente Danao Jr. said.
They will face criminal charges for violation of Republic Act 9165.
