
THE Light Rail Transit Authority (LRTA) and the Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) have announced that regular train operations will continue on November 1 and 2, All Saints’ Day and All Souls’ Day, respectively.
The LRTA has advised that the first trip from Antipolo and Recto stations will begin at 5:00 AM, with the last trip from Antipolo Station at 9:00 PM and Recto Station at 9:30 PM. Police assistance desks will be available at each LRT-2 station.
MRT-3 General Manager Oscar Bongon has also confirmed that regular train operations will continue for the MRT-3. He urged passengers to follow security protocols in trains and stations to ensure a safe journey.
The MRT-3 will provide security personnel, commuter welfare assistance, and station staff to support passengers. Security concerns can be reported to the police assistance desks.
The MRT-3 operating hours will begin at 4:30 AM from North Avenue Station and 5:05 AM from Taft Avenue Station. The last train trip will be at 9:30 PM at North Avenue Station and 10:09 PM at Taft Avenue Station.
