THE beans are spilled and no less than President Rodrigo ‘Digong’ Duterte’s former special envoy to China Ramon ‘Mon’ Tulfo exposed the truth about the former chief executive and his alleged paramour, former Philippine Charity Sweepstake Office (PCSO) general manager Royina Garma.
In an interview, Tulfo revealed that the former PCSO head, also the former chief of the Davao City Police was a ‘girlfriend’ of the ex-president.
A close friend and ally of the Dutertes, even during the former chief executive’s days as Davao City mayor, Tulfo enthused said that it cannot be mistaken that Duterte and Garma are sweethearts.
According to the erstwhile hard-hitting journalist, he always visited Duterte whenever he had the chance to go to Davao and at one time, he had dinner with the two in an exclusive restaurant.
Tulfo narrated: “When Garma left to use the washroom during the dinner, I asked him (Duterte) why he was with an ugly woman, considering all the ladies he previously laid in bed were all beautiful women.”
In answer, Duterte replied that “it is fun to make love with a lady wearing a uniform.”
In addition, Tulfo also asserted that Garma was appointed as PCSO general manager because of her reported relationship with Duterte as well as the successful liquidation of the three Chinese drugs detained in the Davao Prison and Penal Farm in 2016.
Three years later, Duterte fired retired Philippine Marine chief and PCSO general manger Alexander Balutan on alleged corruption complaints. Afterwards, Garma took the place of Balutan by mere appointment of Duterte.
Besides her relationship with the former president, Garma was also appointed as PCSO general manager because of the influence asserted by then special assistant to the president Christopher Lawrence ‘Bong’ Go and former executive secretary Salvador Medialdea.
“Garma was able to replace Balutan, a competent and respected PCSO general manager, over false claims of corruption and her close connection and illicit relationship with Duterte. All it takes is to sleep with (Duterte) and you’ll be set for life,” Tulfo cited.
This revelation is contrary to the statements made by Garma during a hearing of the House Quad Committee where she asserted that she was not close with Duterte and that she received no favors from him.
Now we all know that this is not true.
All you had to do is to lick Duterte’s ass in order to be appointed to a juicy position, as in the case of the former police colonel, even though one is not qualified to do so.
The truth is that Garma’s love for Digong had made her weak and that is why she was easily manipulated to do her lover’s bidding.
She let herself be used so that Duterte can implement his policy on the war on drugs.
The true intentions of FPRRD and Garma’s relationship are now unmasked.
All she told during the Quad Comm hearing were all lies aimed to defend the non-existent honor of her lover.
As a woman separated from her husband, Garma missed the touch of a man and she willingly fell into the arms of Duterte to satisfy her.
Now, she’s suffering the consequences of her action and Duterte, as a known manipulator, threw Garma under the canvas and left her to rot for her own mistakes.
