PHILIPPINE bet Michelle Marquez Dee won the Best National Costume Award at Miss Universe 2023, the international pageant organizer announced Friday.
The Miss Universe Top 10 Finalist won through fan vote.
This victory makes four awards for the beauty queen and army reservist. The other three include the Spirit of Carnival Award, the Miss Universe’ fan vote, and one of three gold winners of the Voice for Change competition.
The costume’s mural design featured two passengers who are her siblings on the autism spectrum, a nod to her personal advocacy.
