THE first Philippine Fashion Circle Awards was a big success.
Bigtime event organizer Richard Hiñola and Founder Ms. Virgie (Mamou V) Monton said the event — Philippine Fashion Circle Awards – held on Monday, May 2 at the grand ballroom of Okada Manila – was the first ever award which gives importance to famous fashion industry style maven as well as the new prolific designers who are making big names from both local and global scenes.
