P-POP girl group BINI has filed a legal complaint against an undisclosed party, as revealed by their lawyer Joji Alonso on Thursday night.
While details surrounding the case remain confidential, the move follows weeks of escalating online harassment directed at the group.
The complaint, listing all eight members of BINI as complainants, comes after the group faced criticism for a viral video and, more recently, sexually explicit remarks made by social media personality Christian “Xian” Gaza.
Gaza’s comments, which targeted an unnamed BINI member, drew widespread condemnation and accusations of harassment and character assassination.
While BINI has yet to release an official statement regarding the legal action or the harassment they have endured, the filing signals a firm stance against online abuse.
The group, known for their hit songs such as “Pantropiko” and “Salamin Salamin,” is taking a proactive approach to address the situation and protect their members from further harm.
