AFTER actress and former fiancée Bea Alonzo, this time, it’s Dominic Roque who filed criminal case for cyber libel against Cristy Fermin at the Office of the City Prosecutor in Pasig City on Friday.
“Ang ilang malicious statements and innuendos na sinabi ni Fermin sa kanyang Youtube channel na ‘Showbiz Now Na’ ang naging basehan ng aktor para magsampa ng kaso,” Canlas said on Instagram.
On her side, Fermin said she only found out about Dom’s case through GMA’s messages. She added it is his right, and that she will wait for the subpoena.
Karapatan niya ‘yon, OK lang ‘yon,” Fermin said.
Bea’s complaint affidavit states she was the victim of false, malicious, and damaging information from someone who pretended to be close to her, which was published and discussed on Fermin’s and Diaz’s online shows without any basis.
