STARTING today, April 1, prices of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) are set to increase on reflecting movements in the international market.
In an advisory, Petron Corp. said that it will adjust the prices of LPG by P3.25 per kilogram or P35.75 for the standard 11-kilo cylinder and AutoLPG by P1.81 per liter.
“These reflect the international contract price of LPG for the month of April,” explained Petron.
Hikes in prices of cooking gas and AutoLPG come with the successive increases in fuel prices, which has prompted the government to distribute fuel subsidies to groups of public utility vehicle drivers and operators.
