FORMER senator Bong Revilla and several officials from the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) have been formally accused in a complaint filed by the Office of the Ombudsman in connection with an alleged “ghost” infrastructure project in Pandi, Bulacan.
Assistant Ombudsman Mico Clavano led the filing of the complaint on Friday, January 16.
The charges filed include malversation of public funds through falsification of public documents and violation of the Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act.
