SHIELA Guo, sister of ousted Bamban, Tarlac mayor Alice Guo has been brought by the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) to the Senate on Monday, August 26, 2024.
Shiela, also known as Zhang Mier, was among those ordered arrested by the Senate last July for repeatedly failing to attend the upper chamber’s investigation into the raided Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators hub in Bamban.
Shiela and Cassandra Li Ong, authorized representative of the raided POGO Lucky South 99, were intercepted in Indonesia last week.
