enny Balacuit, a Grade 8 student, was found dead near her house in Barangay Banyaga in Agoncillo on Wednesday.
The report said the girl was walking to school with her younger sibling and two relatives when she was shot.
“Binaril nang malapitan sa batok tapos bandang kilay na lumabas (ang bala). Ang ginamit na baril ay caliber nine millimeter, isang putok lang (ang ginawa),” Maj. Broderick Noprada, office in charge of the Agoncillo Police, was quoted as saying in the report.
