A FIRE hit three structures in EDSA-Kamuning in Quezon City early Tuesday morning.
Bureau of Fire Protection – Quezon City Central Fire Station Engine Commander Fire Inspector Jeramile Valdez said those affected by the fire were two abandoned stalls of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) and a janitorial barracks of the Social Security System (SSS).
The BFP said the fire started at 1:35 a.m. and reached the first alarm at 1:43 a.m.
According to Juan Aguinaldo Quezon, a security guard at the SSS compound, they some something spark near the overpass prior to the fire.
“Biglang may nag-spark doon sa may gitna, yung malapit doon sa overpass. Yung properties ng SSS kadikit niya po yung DPWH. Yun, gumapang na unti-unti yung apoy dito, papunta na dito sa barracks ng janitorial services at tsaka barracks ng guwardiya sa amin,” Quezon said.
