DRA. Riza Oben Dormiendo, a classic example of beautiful inside and out, made history when she was hailed as the first-ever Miss Inner Wheel Clubs of the Philippines International titleholder.
A total of 150 delegates from different districts participated in the pageant.
They were narrowed down to Top 20 then shortlisted to Top 10 and then to Top 5.
The final Q&A sealed the fate of the winner.
The crowning ceremony was held during the United Nations Day celebration held at One Shangri-La Place in BGC, Taguig City on October 28.
This victory will be an addition to Dra. Riza Oben Dormiendo’s long list of achievements in various fields through the years.
Dra. Riza’s Cleopatra ensemble is by renowned costume designer and beauty queen Gerard Quiogue.
As a staunch advocate of collecting moments not things, Dra. Riza will surely cherish this accolade.

Dra. Riza, with unparalleled elegance, effortlessly channeled her inner Cleopatra from Egypt and captivated the crowd with her unmatched grace, wit and poise.
As soon as her name was announced, the ballroom rapidly filled with cheers and applause, the hallmarks of a great night.
The event was graced by IWCPI National President Sofie Lee with her NBOT Team, District 383 – Inner Wheel Clubs of the Philippines, Inc. District Chairman Analie Bolinao, other district and club presidents.
