REPRESENTATIVE Jude A. Acidre of Tingog Party-list led the opening of their first Alagang Tingog Center (ATC) in Brgy. Yakal, Catarman, Northern Samar on Aug. 4, 2023.
Aside from the ATC opening, some 740 beneficiaries from San Jose, Mondragon, Bobon and Catarman benefited from the Tulong Pangkabuhayan sa Ating Disadvantaged/Displaced Workers (TUPAD) pay-out.
In addition, a pay-out to 690 beneficiaries from the same municipalities were also given through Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situations (AICS).
“Hindi niyo na kailangang magpunta sa kung saan-saan para humanap ng tulong, kami na mismo ang lumapit sa inyo,” Acidre said in his message.
The Alagang Tingog Center aims to bring services such as educational, hospital and burial assistance closer to communities.
