REP. Jocelyn Tulfo of ACT-CIS Partylist shows full support to President Bong-bong Marcos’ call for the whole country to set aside their differences and politicking for unity.
According to Tulfo, “I believe that we have made significant progress in the past year both in Congress and in the Executive Department to unite the country. Priority measures were approved in the lower house aligned with the goals of the administration. It’s a work in progress but at least we started something here to unite our people and the whole country. We have President Marcos to thank for his iniatiatives and his leadership.”
Tulfo further stated, “I am very hopeful that we can achieve more for the country in the next few years under President Marcos’ leadership. Andami pa nating dapat marating at maipapakita sa buong mundo and uniting our people is the first step to bring out the best in every Filipino to the world.”
In attending President Marcos’ 2nd SONA, Tulfo wore another creation of renowned Filipino designer Rajo Laurel called “Alon Terno” made of hand woven abaca and silk from Cotabato. The Alon Terno gown was inspired by the waves of Philippine seas symbolizing the resilience and strength of the Filipino people as a country and as a nation.
