101 porsiyento nakamit ng DOH CALABARZON sa 3-day NVD

CALAMBA City — Naging matagumpay ang isinagawang 3-day National Vaccination Day sa buong bansa kung saan nakamit ng Department of Health Calabarzon (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Rizal at Quezon) ang higit sa target na 1.2 milyong doses na bakuna sa loob ng tatlong araw o 101 porsiyento.

Pumalo sa 1,028,356 doses ang nabakunahang mga residente kung saan nanguna sa pinakamaraming nabigyan ng bakuna kontra Covid-19 ang lalawigan ng Laguna na may 253,568,sumunod ang Batangas na may 245,485,Cavite 235,596,Rizal 152,845 at Quezon 140,862. Lubos ang pasasalamat ni DOH 4-A Regional Director Ariel Valencia sa mga tumulong sa mga tumulong upang matagumpay ang pagsasakatuparan ng bakunahan sa rehiyon.

Aniya, “The success of the 3-day NVD was due to the dedication and commitment of our health workers who joined the event, our partner agencies, DEPED. the DILG, BJMP, PNP, OCD, BFP, the local government units and specially our barangay officials and health workers who diligently sought out every eligible individual in the community and encouraged them to be vaccinated. Maraming salamat po sa inyong lahat,” Dagdag pa nito, “Any endeavor po, gaano man ito kahirap gawin ay makakayang tapusin kung tayong lahat at nagtutulungan. Maraming salamat po sa lahat ng nagtrabaho at nakasama po namin upang ang ating “Bayanihan, Bakunahan” sa CALABARZON ay maging matagumpay.”

Ngayong buwan ay magsasagawa ang kagawaran sa kalusugan ng ikalawang “Bayanihan, Bakunahan” bilang paghahanda na rin sa nakaambang pagpasok ng mabagsik na Omicron variant sa bansa.

Patuloy din ang paalala ng DOH na sundin pa rin ang mga health protocols na itinalaga ng pamahalaan upang mas maprotektahan ang sarili laban sa nakamamatay na virus.
