THE Office of Speaker Ferdinand Martin G. Romualdez, led by Deputy Secretary General Sofonias ‘Ponyong’ P. Gabonada, Jr., held a technical orientation Thursday, February 2, 2023, at the Romualdez Hall of the House of Representatives, meant to help constituents of House Members avail of the benefits of programs and services provided by various government agencies such as the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Department of Health (DOH), Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), Department of Budget and Management (DBM) and the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).
