FIVE days before the end of the month of November, the Port of Limay and Subport of Mariveles headed by District Collector Atty William Balayo and Greg Tomagan, Jr., respectively, has been able to exceed their collection target for the month with a cash collection of P5,598,744,621 or a surplus of P515, 844,621, another record-breaking accomplishment of Collectors Balayo and Tomagan.
